I had this a while ago, mobile codes just stopped working, had to raise a ticket. I had to do the ID verification with my driving licence and now I get the codes by email instead. Never found out why it happened though, very annoying 

Hmm well I don't really want to do the ID thing (and would have problems anyway, I don't drive etc). I've looked back over my posts on here and the last time I had this issue was actually only in Oct 2023, had forgotten that, and I got round it by changing my email - I saw a tip about this somewhere online - I guess worth a try again. I just added an alias to my email address that time & filtered sb mails into the same folder they were before. Will post if it works, in case it helps anyone else.

edit: well short answer no it didn't,  still not receiving text codes. So back to contacting CS, who will just ask for ID I don't have, so up a gum tree really although will see if I can work round it..

Very true. Done two previous face to face courses (personal circumstances) but its always very useful to refresh.

I'm so sick of seeing these bitlab surveys. The whole survey section just seems littered with them and even if you click them all to get rid of them they just come back again. They don't even work for me, I've completed a few in the past and they don't pay at the end.
