  • does does anyone find that if you raise a ticket, they don’t read what you write properly

twice I have tried to do a swag up shop and it never tracks properly and they credit the shop when asked but not the 300 sb extra

you can reply to the message they send but then they don’t acknowledge your response so should I raise another ticket
Is anyone able to advise with this

SB mark the query as solved but it isn’t.

How or where do I raise a ticket about a Swagup of 300 not going through, they have credited me for the shop but ignored my Swagup request

    so frustrating

They changed a couple of days ago - of the PayPal redemptions only the £100 has remained at the special offer rate

    SwagSUCKS!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. If they can't use Paypal they should offer alternative options on how I can get cash into my bank account.  >:)>:)>:)

MSE should also stop advertising and recommending them.

PayPal can still be used, it always used to cost more Swagbucks than most other redemptions and it was only the last special offer that reduced them to the same as most others - Crowdology charge a 2% fee for PayPal redemptions as unlike most vouchers which sites can buy at a discount, paypal often charges a fee
  • wow that is a HUGE hike on the paypal vouchers, absolutely disgusting.
  • The conversion rate for PayPal has become even worse - £15 now needs 1,875 SB.

Oh ...... (think of a swear word, you might get it right), I've been saving up to get to 1500sb, something I don't usually do. Hey ho, back to Tesco it is.

Yes, it's a shame about the PayPal conversion rates, but to be fair to them they were offering a very generous rate at 1 SB = a penny (given that they pay fees) because the markets have never been as low as £1 = $1.
Swagbucks changed it to that after the price dipped below $1.10 after the spectular budget under Liz Truss in September 22, but it returned to $1.20 a few months later and has almost entirely been above that for more than a year now.
Currently it's $1.26 and Swagbucks have now set all theirs to $1.25, apart from the one for 100, so given that they have to pay fees for sending PayPal I think it's only a fair price really, and we should probably be thankful it was that good for much longer than it could have been.

@Bazzalona13295 Can the Tesco vouchers be used online, or is it just in store?

Fair point but I happily get paid in USD if they would offer this via Revolut, Wise, etc. Plenty of alternatives to Paypal which do not rip off the vendor (SB) and the client (I). I almost never shop at Tesco, occasionally for petrol and Amazon I had I think 3 orders over the course of last year (many more work related for which I get reimbursed).

Cash is what I am after to put in savings.

Some people used to get Mastercards when Paypal was the most expensive and pay off/part pay some ordinary bills etc and did what they liked with the cash saved (because I have reached a high enough reward level I always go for instant receipt of an Amazon gift card)
