  • does does anyone find that if you raise a ticket, they don’t read what you write properly

twice I have tried to do a swag up shop and it never tracks properly and they credit the shop when asked but not the 300 sb extra

you can reply to the message they send but then they don’t acknowledge your response so should I raise another ticket

Why is there always a refer a friend square on Swago?

I mean how many friends do they think I have? I've been doing this for a few years now and I can't go asking people every couple of weeks if they want to join. Am I supposed to stand on street corners whoring out my referral code or something?!
Here I go again on my own....

The amount of times I've submitted a ticket with the name of the offer, the goal, the date started and the date completed, plus a screenshot or two, only to receive an email asking for this exact same information.... I always have to reply with 'see below'.

The first e-mail is always an auto-acknowledgement;  it is only after that that the ticket gets passed to a human.

I started the Word Crush offer and each goal is being credited, but it no longer shows up on my Discover or Play page, at the top, under "Your Games".... so I don't know what each earn goal is. Can someone help me out please? I've reeached level 500 and I seem to recall that the next goal is level 700 - which I might not make in time.

Thanks mjm3346 - it's not exactly the same offer - the levels are the same, but the SB are fewer - 15; 25; 35; 70; 100; 150 and 200 - that's up to level 500.I wonder if it ends there... I don't want to play another 200 levels if there's no further reward!!
