No, you are probably out of time. Ignore them.

Just for reference, I recently received an email from them. In it they claim they received my appeal, reviewed it and have declined it, based upon the fact that the PCN was issued correctly. Just proves how much of a sham their 'internal appeals' process is - as I didn't get to appeal!
On this basis, it seems pretty evident that any of the individuals [posting on this forum] who have said they would pay the 'missing' parking fees, will by default have that refused by the parking companies.
Despite the new letter, I'm guessing the 'Ignore them' stance still applies?0 -
PPCs always claim pcns/letters were sent but they offer no evidence of this to the many motorists who report not receiving them. PPCs can but CHOOSE not provide proof of posting. We must press DLUHC to ensure they do in the new Parking Code of Practice. Please @MadMax7 sign and share this petition

Have you received a POPLA verification code with the 'rejection' letter? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you now have a Code, do a POPLA appeal as registered keeper, with your first point being 'no keeper liability' (see third post of the NEWBIES thread).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is a POPLA code, so I will do a POPLA appeal as Coupon-mad has advised. Thanks again guys. Will keep you posted!Coupon-mad said:If you now have a Code, do a POPLA appeal as registered keeper, with your first point being 'no keeper liability' (see third post of the NEWBIES thread).0 -
Hello again. Made a clerical error and mis-read the date of their last letter. Bungled the appeal - as I thought I had longer before needing to appeal. Balls'ed that up! Have now got a letter from 'Direct Collections Bailiffs Ltd'.
What's your combined advice on dealing with these? Thanks again.0 -
We'd add nothing different than is already in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Noted. Thanks again, people. Have refreshed my memory (re: read Newbies thread again). It doesn't actually clarify in Newbies thread. Do I now just sit back and wait [for the debt collectors to drop it or proceed to going to Small Claims]?Coupon-mad said:We'd add nothing different than is already in the NEWBIES thread.0 -
