Bit of a 'wait and see' situation and I was daft enough not to print off the page with the £4.99 price on as proof of the offer so can hardly complain to them can I. Oh well, live and learnand I might be lucky.
I almost gave up with Argos a few years back...........I'd bought stuff from the store at Christmas and ended up having to take things back that were faulty and with it being a 40mile round trip it became a bit of a chore . The following year I tried doing it on line and everything I wanted was 'out of stock'............and I'd started early.

    Argos T&Cs

4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:
    a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection.
    b) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If the store honour the price then your just very lucky as they dont need to.

So that would mean that Argos have to honour the price of £9.99 for 6 sets of baskets as that is what was quoted at time of order being placed and that ia what has been debited from my account.

So they can debit the difference to make up the order total to £45.00 for 6 sets of baskets??

And for the order of the two roboreptile toys which showed as instock at the time of order at £7.99 each should have also been honoured ?
As there was no email or call to confirm or notify that the items were not available nor to notify me that the items were incorrectly priced ??

    You are such a star!
Reserved mine just after your original post and picked them up today.
    About £14.98 for 12 baskets. I am well-chuffed.
Have already clicked, but Thank You -Thank You -Thank You - again.
Reckon Arrgoose owe you one too!
I didn't expect to get anything done today - and so far I haven't been disappointed.

Collected mine last night. It took a while to sort it out but the staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

I didn't receive any e mail telling me they'd made a mistake in the price and the courtesy call made no mention of price either so hopefully they should be delivered on Monday at the price quoted at the time.

Hi all, just to say i reserved 2 sets of baskets online they came up at 7.49 each set with no bogof, but they were out of stock, Argos said they would e-mail when they came in stock. Got an e-mail yesterday to say they were in and on the e-mail it said 7.49 for both sets so was not sure if i was going to get them bogof or not. Anyway went in today to check and got both sets paid in their fast pay machine and got both sets for 7.49 so very happy. So thank you to whoever posted the offer :j
