I'm confused as to how bottled water is put as healthy, the leaching off of the bottle alone is a concern that shouldn't be taken lightly forget the rest of the potential problems.
Also tuna has more mercury content than most other fish; mercury being a problem with all fish to be fair. Secondary food sources build up more problems with any contaminant than a primary food source.
I could go on with other items listed but those are certainly a palm to the head moment.
It has been more than proven over time that a plant based whole foods diet is more beneficial to humans than other way of eating.
No I'm not 100% whole foods only so I'm not trying to say anyone else should do so either. However I do try to limit the processed foods that I eat.
Happily eating a homemade sweet potato and spinach dhal (using yellow split peas) with home made vegan raita.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy3 -

I do actually make raita, on account of the fact that (I) no cooking is required, and (ii) it doesn't smell in the production process. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.1
