But if I ditch paragraph 5 that's me saying the tax disc lost stickiness which is my defence as they have photographic evidence to show the permit is not displayed0
-
Also I think they're only pursuing 1 now. As far as I can tell there is not numerous reference only reference to 1 and only 1 case number not 20

The 'not' was missing from Para 5. I have edited this and it now reads:
5. Parking Notice: The claimant pursues a claim for ‘Permit not displayed’. However, this was not my fault or decision and was due to the tax disc holder losing it’s stickiness sometime after the start of my shift
I have deleted para 3 and 29 as advised and deleted exhibit 60 -
No.
Delete para 5.
It's literally walking into their trap. You do not admit to fault.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay so I've deleted para 5 so should I say on the day about the tax disc holder losing stickiness or not? Because I feel like that's the mitigating circumstances that will get me off tge charge0

You could state that:
It is possible that the permit holder may have slipped but the permit would have still been visible through the windscreen, and in any event you were never unauthorised and the Claimant knows this. Then move on to the point I made.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But they have photographic evidence to show that the permit is not visible from the windscreen so me saying it is doesn't make sense0
-
Do I send it to the court directly and dcb legal or do I send it to CNBC and dcb legal?0

I understand that part i just don't want to get trapped into a corner basically if they ask why it wasn't displayed it's xant say it was if they have photographic evidence it wasn't? That's all I'm worried about really0
