A tip for all you Virgin Media Cable Internet Customers, or people who are thinking of joining.
1. If you do want to get it, get hold of the local Virgin Rep. Leave the website alone.
The reason I say this is this, they can give you the same deals as the site, or better, and also they are then your point of contact if anything goes wrong.
Every time my speed has dropped I've got onto him and it been sorted.
You find you can get them at there office (Local call) or on their Mobile
Beats Customer Service's 09 helpline on cost and time.
Still waiting for my £30 though:mad:0 -

The Vulchers are also hovering around Virgin Media. But to be honist any company can be bought, sold, merged or it name changed. It doesn't always mean they need to be avoided.0
