Unable to view my Barclaycard in the app

I've been facing an issue for quite a while where my Barclaycard credit card isn't showing up in the app. This is more of an issue now as I'd like to switch over to a different card, but based on chats with their support team, this is only possible via the app - which I'm unable to do because of this issue.
Is anyone else facing this issue, or has anyone else previously faced and fixed this issue?
Any help is appreciated.

I had issues with the Android Barclaycard app when I opened a Barclays current account. I got round that by deleting all information (so both cache and data), logged into the app successfully once I'd done that. To be honest, I didn't find the Barclaycard app all that bad, the Barclays app, in my experience, is much worse.
You don't say which of the apps you're using (if I had to guess, it would be teh Barlaycard app) or if you have a Barclays current account alongside the credit card.0 -
The Barclays app is terrible, my Barclaycard account is always disappearing off there. I spoke to support and they said it's a known issue but no timescale on a fix.

I've got the same issue, for about 2 months now. I contacted support about 3 weeks ago and after uninstalling the app and re-registering twice (not sure why they thought a second go would fix it!) they raised an incident for the tech team. No progress since, I plan to chase it tomorrow.1

I had Barclaycard app on android fine for years, when I did a switch to Barclays, they migrated it to the Barclays app and it works fine there too

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Me too - for a month or more now my Barclaycard fails to show in the Barclays (banking) app more often than not. A couple of times after checking transactions and balance on the card through the internet, it's suddenly reappeared on the app, but has then gone dark again.1

I've just spoken to Barclaycard. It's a known problem apparently that's been going on for a few months, and they're working on it.0

I haven't had any statements on the Barclaycard app since June or for a different Barclaycard that I got recently.
They told me it was a problem with my name, that I have two different names on Barclays. I knew that was a load of horse manure. If only they had just said we have an issue with the app.0 -
That doesn't sound like the same problem. Everything else works perfectly in the app for me, I just can't see the card. I suggested when there are known errors like this affecting many people that it would be a good idea to put a message into the app to let people know.0
