That's usually the case when considering a package of goods and services structured into an identifiable job, but the legislation does clearly relate to items valued at up to £30K, so if OP's purchase does relate only to (multiple) goods then there does seem to be a possibility that it'll be in scope - certainly worth exploring, in the absence of any other avenues!born_again said:

I know what you are saying, but if OP made multiple claims, which is odds on, say for kitchen, then flooring, then something else. They CC would say Oh, this is all going to one outcome & a total purchase price over limit.eskbanker said:
