For information my cashback has now been honoured and paid by Epson

Thank you Epson but the process could be easier

I've also had a nightmare registering my cashback claim with Epson for the printer I bought at John Lewis online. I am terrified that I've given my bank account details to an unknown "promotions" company, IN ADVANCE of them granting the claim. This is all do unnecessary and, frankly, it looks like a fraud! Why are they/we going to all this trouble when they could simply idsue a "sale" price? It can only be to get our details. I have complained to John Lewis (also very hard to do) for misrepresentation and I think, after 50 loyal years, I will never buy electrical items there again. My contract is with JOHN LEWIS, not Epson.
