Epson cashback promotions

I am desperate to know if anyone else is having issues getting their cashback from Epson, please.
I bought a new printer in November from Argos, registered it, sent them my online receipt and put in my claim for my £20 cashback. They then informed me that I needed to resend my receipt, which I did. It is still showing on my account status as missing information! I have since submitted two enquiries ti them to why this is and don't get a response. Is it me? I fulfilled the terms and conditions of the offer so don't understand the issue.
Can anyone help please?

    Did they only ask for a receipt,? When I applied for cashback on the scanner I bought I also had to send a photo of the serial number plate on the scanner and the serial number on the box. It was all authorised on the same day as I applied (25th Oct)  and the £50 was in my account a couple of days later.

    Yes, I am having the same problem Julie.
    purchased my printer 11 Jan2024 with a £60 cash back.sent all my details with photos of receipt and serial no on the base etc.
    Three weeks now and they say I have not sent receipt.. go back into my account and resend.
    Trying this I cannot get back in with my user name and password they have sent me.
    i am definitely sure we are Not the only ones !!!
    Trying to contact them is impossible having tried emails and virtual assistants etc. there are no direct calls I can get through to.
    My next action I’m afraid is going through trading standards …stating false promises.
    Any other info on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Purchased printer in December 2023 from Curry’s with a £50.00 cash back offer from Epson. 

    Completed online application process and subsequently they required further information. Unable to log onto the online application website to upload this information with the system appearing to be constantly down and told to retry later. Despite using two different laptops and different days and times. 

    Have emailed them four times now at two different email addresses. They have not responded to one email.

    A search via Google shows problems back in 2015. Getting this £50.00 cash back offer I suspect will not present itself soon if ever.
