Looks like GBP? Not CBP.  Who are they?!

    Show us the windscreen PCN.

Maybe the same address is at the top of the PCN?

Probably due to DRP (PCS) doing the back office work, DVLA look-up & appeals.

We'll know when the OP waits for the NTK and shows us pics of both sides of it next month.

  • @Savylady1, can you please show us the top of the ticket and also any wording about appealing (possibly on the back). Sometimes it’s good for the registered keeper to lodge a speculative appeal about 3 weeks after the date of the windscreen ticket but we need to see the relevant details before recommending this course

    Hello see top

  • Definitely worth putting in a speculative keeper appeal about 3 weeks (25 or 26 days) after the date of the windscreen ticket as described at point 2 of the Newbies thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou/p1

It's important not to identify the driver.  Apart from that it doesn't matter what this initial appeal says.  Maybe something like:

I appeal as keeper.  I am not obliged to identify the driver and I decline to do so.  Your windscreen ticket does not conform to the statutory requirements for a notice to driver.  Please cancel it.
