I appeal against the notice. I am not liable. Cancel it.
I don't care whether or not you like my choice of appeal words. There is no wrong door and no wrong appeal. Stop playing games and give me a POPLA Code now or cancel the PCN and avoid being reported to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Dear RebeccaYou obviously need more training or cannot read English very well, I have now on numerous occasions appealed against the issuing of your "notice" quite clearly, I will reiterate; it was not issued (what ever you misguidedly claim) within the "regulations", and the signage on site is deficient (you won't actually know that as you probably have never been there) so issue a POPLA code by return, or cancel the charge.3

I have had a letter that my apeal has been rejected but they are saying it is the drivers responsibility, but in my appeal I have stated I was NOT the driver! should i know go to POPLA?

Have you blanked out the POPLA verification code they should have sent you? Did they send you one?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

And did you get sent a Notice to Keeper? Look at my thread of Ntk pics. Did you get a letter a bit like them (a postal version of the PCN) in February or March?
