Do you appeal using their website or write an email with the details 
we were told when we rang up to pay that the camera was not on that day and not to worry about it as they did have the details

The Heathrow Apcoa appeal form caught me out - I clicked the appropriate option for "I was not the registered keeper/driver"

However I didnt see an appropriate location to copy the template into, and after adding my details then the form was submitted

I cant go back - so I will just have to wait and see. I should be able to add the template in once email communication starts
