Very late here again. Internet very dodgy at the moment . I'm told I can expect it for a week as they are upgrading but at least I got refund on my next bill.
Snoozer ,what happened to your mouth with the toothpaste. I must have missed your post.
I have had a lot of dental issues recently and thought It was sorted so was very unhappy before Christmas when all my teeth seemed to hurt ,my mouth was sore ,gums sensitive and I was trying to hold on until my dentist reopened as it was not an emergency.
However i realised I had used a different tooth paste ...a stripy one. Washed my mouth out with salt water ,went back to my usual paste and all is well. Glad I didn't end up with long wait at dentists, possibly anti bionics and a bill.
Been out for a walk .grey and dull with lots of puddles. Got a load of vegetables to sort out ,will have veg curry tomorrow. Baked potatoe and salad with some HM chilli that was lurking in the freezer.
Thinking of all the poorly or unhappy ones. Sending best wishes .Hope those getting better continue to improve. Spring is on its way! ( I hope)

Sorry you’re still so poorly @Gers – do take care xx Does your neighbour still toot as he passes to check up on you?
The neighbour toots when he's driving his two children to school and they're late! So it's not every day, and school only started back here today. He runs his big old car on chip oil so it leaves a chip shop smell behind it.
Another neighbour called in just now to give me my post which had been in my box for a few days, there must have been a locum postie as the regular ones open my door and drop it in. He's a bit of a recluse so it was lovely to stand and chat with him for a while watching the sun set.My cousin in Berlin has sent me a 'care packaage' - a jar of his local honey, dried echinacea leaves from their garden and chocolate, practically perfect.
Taking the paracetamol has helped so I'm no longer worried about my lungs.

Oh Gers, what a lovely care package.
I've just had a phone consult with a GP, who thinks I was probably brewing pneumonia on Tuesday 😳 so new antibiotics to take.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Oh dear! I hope that the ABs do the trick, we are a poorly lot this year. I'm keeping a close eye on my symptons but don't feel that I'm heading towards pneumonia. Fingers crossed.

Gers, I had to take two antibiotics together at once the other night then one every day. I felt a lot better the second day for it, although the good effects seemed to have tailed off a bit but I was prescribed steroids today as well, so....I didn't think until she said but I was having real trouble with wheezy breathing and a heavy chest so I told her I took a diuretic and it seemed to help and then she said yes, if you have fluid build up around the lungs you'd better get yourself back to urgent care...So there was me not realising it might have been a bit more serious than I thought...So I suppose all that bouils down to, take some antibiotics sooner, you are definitely unwell because you are not posting much and that's not you. Smacked wrist etc.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi4
