BG Boiler Quote

My son is a gas registered engineer, he does installs every week and he doesn't charge £1500 for a days labour no where near.

If BG uses someone that is not so hard working maybe 2 plumbers add up to £1500 where my son works alone.

Are you Leicestershire by any chance ?

Several outfits advertising on ebay & facebook claiming to do a straight boiler swap for £600 (plus cost of boiler & materials). Most of these guys are in the midlands.

He's not on Facebook or eBay and in my biased opinion he's smart and seems to be able to fix anything. 

 Word of mouth recommendations that provides the jobs. 

Boilers that have failed by BG because of lack of parts he will search eBay etc for a part and fix rather than renew. 

I think that is related to he does a fair bit of work for landlords who want to make do and mend
