    No, all as expected.

You'll be wearing a 'DCB Legal discontinued my scam parking case!' t-shirt by the Summer.

  • So onto the DQ section.

D1 explanation, do you think it is okay to write - Due to the amount of space, I have provided this answer in the email.

Well I can certainly imagine a DQ attached to an email being detached from that email and filed appropriately whilst the email itself is filed elsewhere.
Does your imagination extend that far?    ;)

As you didn't receive 1st pcn please support this.

So many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim discounted rate/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent as dated though they offer no evidence to prove this.

Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and see it included in the new Parking CoP. Please sign/share @jmccabe petition closes 22nd june 2024.

Thank you. Hope to see you added to discontinuations thread.
  • Made it shorter and ready to send it, would you recommend to send by email or post to both parties. I am looking to email it.

The answer to that question can be found in items 9, 10 and 11 in that checklist you were following.
  • It has been all quiet until the last few days. The court has allocated it to the small claims track. DCBL also called thereafter this, requesting to talk about settlement.

Time to prepare the next steps!
  • Good morning, today we received the witness statement from DCB & Met Parking.

Quite extensive and detailed, and for the first time providing such detail. Previously all correspondence to this case have been less than clear.

    Is this usual practice?

Errr... yes.  Oh dear. What about you doing your WS?  As stated in the NEWBIES thread. Both parties had the same deadline.
