Daughters writing is just as bad.
I feel for the staff that have to read these forms, especially when they are scanned & you are reading off a screen. Having done it myself. I know how hard it is.
If they can't do online, at least have a PDF you can download & use. Would make it so much quicker & easier for the staff.
Never mind the people that have to fill the forms in 👍Life in the slow lane0
