Time for my Mrs Pip review.
Due to my rubbish & very hard to read handwriting, Mrs is even worse & could not hold a pen long enough anyway, sig will be enough of a issue. Has anyone that has done theirs just typed it up with the answers & sent that in along with the forms that they send out as additional sheets?
Of course they would have name & NI on them.
Why they can't do a online version is beyond me..

Totally agree.

They did try an online application, just before I left in 2021…I assume it never took off.
You PIP review will still go ahead even if you dont send back the paperwork, obviously it might not get sent for paper review without your questionnaire but it will still be scheduled a telephone review although it might take longer as the assessor has nothing to go on.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

We found the form online, she is to ill to write it and I cant due to damaged hands. We opened the form in Adobe, clicked on fill & sign I think it was.Typed all the form out and saved it.Printed it out and sent it in.Before I found the form, we typed all the answers in a word doc. then printed them out and stapled them to the form in the right box. With Name,DOB, NI number on every bit of paper.3

I typed mine all up. Typed 'Please see answer on p. {X}' to cut and stick into the relevant boxes, minimal hand writing because it kills my hands.Bigwheels1111 said:We found the form online, she is to ill to write it and I cant due to damaged hands. We opened the form in Adobe, clicked on fill & sign I think it was.Typed all the form out and saved it.Printed it out and sent it in.Before I found the form, we typed all the answers in a word doc. then printed them out and stapled them to the form in the right box. With Name,DOB, NI number on every bit of paper.
Re: finding a form online, that works for UC/ESA but not PIP; I seem to recall reading there's some personalised reference code on the PIP form they send out.1 -

many claimants send in typed up answers, there is even an option for a typed up form (not sure if it's for PIP2, AR1 or both), think it's through the CAB.

AFAIK there isn't an online form for PIP. The only ones that can be got have "sample, not for use" across every page.

Interesting that paperwork they send out now has a QR code on each page.
Much prefer typing things like this out as it gives you chance to read, think, & amend as required & add bits.
Just need one letter to back up claim & it's off back.
Makes you laugh or cry at times, as had to chase as form not received within 2 weeks, rang up to chase, advised would send another out & update due date, text received to confirm. Original arrived next day. Still not received 2nd one, but Christmas post is the likely culprit.. Just received a letter stating needs to be back by old date & was sent 3 days after call... Crazy.
Thanks for all the answers. Much appreciated 😍

I remember looking for a form in 2020 and totally PIPed off I couldn't find one. I did end up writing mine, I use writing in the broadest of context as more like hieroglyphs. It's even worse now as I hardly use a pen.

Do you have a close friend or relative who can write it for you, however you should be asked as part of the assessment if and what support you required to complete the form.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.
