Changing browser from Edge to Chrome worked for me

I received this message back from them and after following their instructions it worked for me.

Please may you close the tab down and re-enter the URL in a new tab. You will then need to fill out the information manually and not use prefills.

We have some safety features installed for the competition which means it needs manual entry and won’t work unless completely shut down and reopened.

Thank you, I only saw your post after King Mustard's - it seems manual name and email input is the way to go!
