How to do hyperoptic + uswitch

Options
Uswitch is a broadband comparison website, where they have agreements with broadband providers for discounted services. We have recently moved to a new flat serviced by hyperoptic (the previous owners also used it) and wanted to take advantage of the deal.

However, when we went to the discounted website (https://www.hyperoptic.com/broadband/home/price-plans/uswitch/) and entered our address, it says that the order cannot be made online, and to call them instead. When we did call, the agent was only able to offer us the regular price (without the uswitch deal).

Was anyone in this situation? How do you get the uswitch deal with hyperoptic?

Have you actually spoken to Hyperoptic?

As long as you're willing to give a long term commitment they've always been able to better what was on their website in my 7 years with them.

We did, and they weren't helpful... the first time. Then we realised that uswitch, apart from ordering online, also gives a different number to call them, which worked for us; it seems we got connected to another representative, who had the info about the deal for us.
