Just a quick update. Draft contracts recd, survey report in. Plenty to read over Twixmas.
Car had a flat tyre this morning, so couldn't go anywhere today. Will sort it out after Christmas. So as I was at a bit of a loose end I made a start on the great declutter before I start packing. Two bin liners for the chazza already.

Good Morning My Lovely Friends.How are we all. hope you had a lovely Christmas. Mine was spent in the bosom of my family. Loved every minute of it. I was spoilt rotten, some lovely presents, my son cooked a feast and I was waited on hand and foot. All I had to do was relax and enjoy. The karaoke machine was a huge hit. On the 27th we went to Chatsworth. It was a beautiful day and everywhere looked gorgeous.And now, as we end 2024. It's down to earth with a bump. On the 28th the fridge freezer died. Of course it was full to the brim and I have had to throw away a lot of food. Plus I need a new tyre.Oh well. "nil desperandum" as my old dad used to say.......it was the 8th anniversary of his death yesterday. He could be a cantankerous sod at times but he was inspiring. A military man, he was a real soldier at heart who never gave up on life. Whenever I feel like throwing in the towel I think of him, his courage and his zest for life.So here we are on the eve of a new year. 25 years into the century already. How did that happen. I can remember the millennium celebrations as if it were yesterday.Anyway I hope you all have a wonderful New Years Eve and I'll "see" you all next year. 😉
