Hi Helen, I know you have cut dairy out of your diet but I wonder if you might try kefir. Aldi stock Graham's kefir yogurt @ £1.09. Generally it is the lactose in dairy that causes problems & I think most of that has gone when the milk is fermented.
Kefir is great for gut health (also Kombucha & Kimchi- just realised... all KKKKs!)

Sorry but Kefir makes me gag. Lol. Tbh I have even gone off plain yoghurt now.  

Not much happening here.  I now have a heavy cold and feel quite grim so I have cancelled everything and will just hibernate for a couple of days. Perfect excuse to be lazy and self indulgent. Haha 

No news on the house front, these things just have to go at their own slow laborious pace.  Just keeping fingers crossed.  🤞🤞

The kefir I mentioned tastes just like plain yoghurt.
Yeo Valley make some good , tasty flavoured yoghurts which have live cultures (most flavoured ones don't)

Hope your cold has abated/ is dwindling & that you hear something positive on the house front.
