- The yellow line shows the access road to the terrace. Possibly maintained by the council
- The pink lines show the access to a lane that leads nowhere. No idea who maintains this area. I just tend to trim back and maintain my boundary line
- The blue line shows my boundary (it does extend further back)
- The red star is the area in question
- The yellow star is the access gate

Seems that a starting point is finding out where the boundaries are and who owns what, and what exactly the legal rights of access are. Do you have legal right of access, or did someone just put a gate in the wall? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Who owns the red car parked across the pink access lane. If anybody has done anything wrong....which I doubt anyway, then it's the red car not the car that you are complaining about. Putting a side access on your garage will only come at your expense to gain nothing. If that land at the side of the garage does not belong to you nothing will give you exclusive use of it.
However annoying the three car neighbour may be for you if they are not parking illegally or actually obstructing access there is nothing you can do.1 -
Looks as if you have used your bin to “reserve” a parking space.
Neighbour has moved your bin to park in that space
You are complaining about then not being able to make your bin available for collection.
All the other bins appear to be nicely lined up opposite the cars.

I'd park there and would not consider it discourteous, going by those images.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the feedback all.
I was expecting the odd snide comment, but generally good to see what others think of the situation.
Sadly, courtesy and consideration for others, is very hard to come by these days.1 -
Download your title deed from the Land Registry and the plan should indicate the extent of your landholding. If you own the area in question you can ask others not to park there although it may be difficult to enforce.0

So you have no rights at all for access to that land.

Without a question mark, I'll assume it's a fact, but based on what?0 -
Looking at the pictures again - I think you need clarity on exactly what access rights, rights of passage and restrictions are in place.
Even though the pink road leads nowhere, it may have something associated to it in which case no-one should be parking/blocking at the end of it (with car or bin)1
