Just to fill a couple of blanks from the table linked to by @muffinhead

In Germany two weeks ago roaming on 1P Mobile, WiFi calling, 5G and VoLTE were working fine.

I went with 1p I did order a talk home SIM uses EE but didn't have 4g or WiFi calling got the 1p a month deal for 3 months then 5 pound a month I think it had 3 or 10gb data unlimited calls txt I'll just cancel it 1p 10 a month for unlimited calls txt and 25gb data uses EE has full access to EE thank you all

Talkhome Mobile use EE. I get 4G and 5G and pay £2.50 a month for first 6 months for 4GB data and unlim mins/texts.

But they don't offer Wi-Fi calling which is what the OP requires.

I've never needed wifi calling so wouldn't know.

I mean I prob don't need WiFi calling or 4g calling as I'm pretty in an ok area but I'd rather have it and not need it ye I got the talk home SIM 1p for 3 months then 5 pounds for unlimited calls txt 4gb data went with 1p mobile in end unlimited calls txt 25gb data 10 pound a month
