Tow truck removing cars on private land? That's illegal. Unless they were just moving the cars along a bit.
That's one of the entrances, so the driver cannot have passed a t&cs sign.
It is also IMPOSSIBLE to say whether that bit is within Premier Park's boundary or within OPS' boundary. It is a shared entrance and much closer to OPS' building that they still cover (and have signs) on the right.
You can use the ambiguity of boundaries - two parking operators - to your advantage in this defence. As well as Henderson v Henderson as I said to search for already. Loads to defend on here.

Show us those. Do not defend before! Do not acknowledge the claim either because you have not yet been served with full POC.
