"My Baggage" Luggage (non)Delivery service.

Travelling to Thailand we needed to take an additional suitcase. Did an internet search an found a luggage delivery company. I looked them up on Trustpilot and they had reasonably good reviews.
 So we packed a case and made a booking, at this point the price went up, apparently due to surcharge.
Made the booking and paid, then was informed customs declaration was required. This was filled in as best we could bearing in mind the clothes etc were not new.
 The luggage company website says used clothing has little value only £1 or £2 per item and the only other items were some confectionary for the children. Declared value was therefore £150.
 The suitcase was collected promptly on 26 November and reached Thailand on 28 November, however it was held up in customs. After many communications with customs, asking for receipts, and "My Baggage"we were eventually informed that unless we could prove that we were taking the clothes home then duty was payable. This was 7993 THB. or around £182 including 150 THB per day storage charge. OH wanted her clothes so I agreed to pay. So on 27 December we finally got our suitcase back. 
To be fair "My Baggage" staff tried to help as much as they could.
However, I think it should be made clear that it is not so much a luggage delivery as a standard parcel delivery.
Fortunately we are here for 2 months.
Needless to say I won't be using them again. If this had been a two week holiday then it would have been impossible to retrieve our belongings.

Before booking, did you read the following cautionary advice directly below the 'Book Now' button?

Non Thai Nationals may need to provide additional information and physically supply their passport to Thai customs for customs purposes. You may need to attend a customs office as part of this process. Duty exemption is not available for individuals visiting temporarily for a holiday. Please check with Thai Customs before booking.
