Hi, trying to search with results restricted to one board, not the whole forum.

After you have entered your search words into the search box, you click the Search button, then you should click on the "Threads" button, this brings up some parameters on the right hand side.
In the Category box, you should type the name of the Board you want to search on. There is a drop down box but it only goes up to names starting with letter D, however, when you start to type in a name it does bring up more options.
If there are subcategories (sub boards) you can select to include these in the search by checking the select subcategories box. If you only wish to search on a sub board then the name of the sub board can be entered in the Category box.
You should also deselect Polls and Ideas at the bottom of the Parameter options and then re-click the Search button to update the results.

You can, of course, also use some of the other Parameter options if these are suitable for the results you require, the from/to dates can be useful if you have some idea when the detail you are looking for was posted.

I assume that you are aware that if your search consists of more than a single word, it is best to put quote marks round a group of words. If your search consists of three words, without the quotes, search will return results that contain any one of the words individually but with quotes, results should only be posts that contain all three words.
