The odd negative feedback doesn't put me off as long as the seller has responded calmly and factually.
I've also left the odd positive yet "cryptic" buyer fb e.g. sorry you felt the item was faulty as it was working as normal when I received it back.
Makes the buyer look like an ejit!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -

The buyer shouldn't have access to the internet, nevermind eBay.
I've since had a message from him telling me to remove the 'positive' feedback with my take on the story and also my reply to my negative fb is also 'incorrect'. Oh dear!
As both a biz and private seller on two differing a/cs, I've not come across someone as belligerent, threatening and difficult as this nutcase. If anyone wants to know the username, I can message to save you difficulty in future should this be your buyer. Thanks again all.0 -
Report the buyer stating the facts - bought xx posted xx received xx and also mention their feedback.
I done this, although slightly different - buyer said NAD forced me to pay for return postage, then had the cheek to admit "did not read description, so unsuitable, gave to charity shop" I complained that they now admitted it was as described, they just didn't read it and item was returned - did NOT go to a charity shop as stated in feedback. E Bay removed the feedback - which by the way was neutral.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190
