Ring bought from Glamira

Greetings all.
A few weeks ago, I ordeded am engagement ring from Glamira. The reviews on Trustpoilot looked good, and website looks prefessional.
However, the ring looks like it fell out of a party cracker. The website says thewy offer a 60 day return as long as the security label has not been removed, which it hasn't.
I started a return request, which they processed, and send me a form by email to print out. However, there is no return address. I have no idea where to send it. They seem to not answer emails ( 4 or 5 in the last 10 days) and the chatbot on the site is just useless, ending up in talking in circles. There is a phone number, which goes to a recorded message, asking me to email them!
What can I do? I'm several hundred pounds down, and the plan was to propose in Iceland in the first week of January when we are on holiday.

The only address I can see anywhere on their website is their companies house address, which is probably a correspondence one. There’s a less than complimentary thread and Reddit as well with regards to both quality and customer service.I’d suggest trying to contact them on social media if you’re getting nowhere by email. For some companies that does prompt a quicker response. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Can't help with the ring but you don't need to have one to propose. Yes it's nice and shows that you've planned it out but you could also find a nice jewelery shop there and choose something together. Or maybe you'll be surprised by her/him proposing to you.
Best of luck with this and I hope the ring issue doesn't spoil the whole thing for you. Does the return slip have a QR code?
If so you take the parcel to a post office and they scan the code to get the address.
You can confirm yourself if you have a scanner on your phone1 -

It looks as though it's not a company based in the UK - I'd say the products are likely shipped from overseas. (You can change your country to around 60 choices and it reloads into the local curremcy wherever you tell it you are).Looking at the 'about us' page:With its strong team of 650 people and its worldwide e-commerce infrastructure, GLAMIRA manages all processes from design to the last production stage with a boutique approach. GLAMIRA operates in 65 countries and has offices in eight countries, including Germany, Switzerland, the United States, England, Norway, Australia, Bulgaria, Turkey, and 76 online stores. Its vision is to become the world's leading luxury consumer brand by growing its product range. They mention they have an office in 'England' - which looks like something someone from overseas has written. (As any big company would put Great Britain or the United Kingdom). There's no address for any of these 'offices in 8 countries' - so I suspect you're going to struggle to return it.It refers to its return policy in several places - but I can't actually find the returns policy. There are a few mentions of store credit - so I have a feeling that if and when you ever manage to get it returned - they'll only offer that rather than a refund. I also have a feeling that they'll make you pay the return postage at full insurance value to an adrress on the other side of the world (which will be silly expensive to deter you)Keep us updated on what they say in terms of their communications and what they offer - hopefully it'll be a case of their vagueness is just laziness and they'll offer you a full refund - but for the moment I'm not getting that vibe.1

@sarah1972, the website 'Check my Postcode' says,
'EH3 1FY is a defunct large user postcode in Gorgie, Edinburgh. This postcode was deleted in October 2022.'
I live near Edinburgh and know the area. That location on Broughton Street is a rather run down second-hand goods shop with a couple of storeys of presumably flats or offices above.
I would be wary of sending anything valuable there. You might never see it again.1 -
