Declaring £56.92 spend in January. But now the freezer and cupboards are nearly empty, so rolling over what's left into February. Don't forget it's a Leap Year, so an extra day to cater for!

Best wishes for the chemo PipneyJane I know how you feel but once it starts kicking in it really will help and especially if they give you some steroids, I had some and was whizzing around at top speed first week wasn't too bad then felt a bit bleach the second week by the third week started feeling an awful lot better. So chin up chicken and take everything thats offered.my oncologist said to drink Lucozade and eat chocolate after the chemo takes the melty taste away apparently So I loaded up with KitKats and bottles of the orange stuff.kept me going and being told to eat chocolate was quite nice

Thanks @NeverendingDMP.
I feel considerably better now. Even having proper showers now, not sitting in a chair. Absolute bliss

Thanks @London_1.
I got similar advice from my doctor. Didn’t help much when I had absolutely no appetite, although I did manage a tiny portion of chocolate cake. (Yum!). My “poison” of choice, this time around was full sugar, flat ginger beer. Absolute bliss.

After a final tally, I've come in at £379.43 out of £330 spent. So an overspend of £49.43. We had a bit of a free for all in January and I'd like to tamp that down going forward.2

I will add to total once I've totted up.
I'm subconsciously doing a low spend January. But have spent £15 or just under on two things. So need to sleep myself in check ✅
I've cocked my account taking up, and added my figures in the wrong month for this month. So don't know whether I went over or not. I will report back !!
