    I’m in a similar situation but I actually have a receipt just passed the 30days to return as I had Covid and couldn’t get out the house. Totally inflexible. The what’s app chat is just awful. It’s less about what is legal and more about the level of service they provide.

    But this board is about consumer rights, i.e. what's legal.  There is another board for those just wanting to vent or warn about their opinions of customer service, which, as you accept, is a different issue:
