parked in a disabled spot without displaying a blue badge
Would I keep the rest?
I am complaining about the harassment I have suffered in the hands of GroupNexus. I do hold a valid blue badge as I am heavily disabled. I live local to the Manchester fort thus being my local point to shop. I visit the retail park very often and this is the first time I have made a honest mistake. I believe this happened due to the busy Christmas period which made finding a disabled spot very difficult thus had a negative impact on me. Unfortunately, as I am disabled the busy periods have a impact on me. Furthermore, my health conditions make me forgetful. I was hoping you can reverse this due to the honest error which was linked to my disability and take into consideration the Equality Act 2010. This has really caused me harassment and affected me. I have attached a copy of my blue badge.Yours sincerely,
Sorry for the back and forth.. First time doing this. Grateful for your tips!
Just kind of worried if the manager takes a long time to reply. Will I then have to pay the full £100?
Thanks all!
Regardless of time.
Will send this over to the manager today.
Much appreciated.0 -

Hi.
Happy New Year to you all! Just wanted to let you know I received a reply from the centre manager of the retail park. He stated 'for genuine customers that have clearly made mistakes we have no issue in rescinding the pcn that may have been issued'. He then went on to ask for the registration and PCN number.
I have replied back with the above information.
Thank you all!3 -
