Managing your Sky Subscription

So, like many others we started a new contract with Sky after some years away. I think we have:
18 month contract with the first 12 months cheaper, price about to go up
Sky Signature
Ultimate TV add on
Sky Cinema
Sky Multiscreen
(the above includes Paramount 'free' and Netflix standard - 1 screen)
(Broadband separately with ee and Mobiles separate with Three)
How I actually find this out without ringing up?
Can I just delete the cinema?
Am i stuck with the price increase at the 1 year point?
Have I got HD or not?
Sky makes things very difficult!

Log in to My Sky app and all details and future bills will be on there0

My experience is that adding packages is easily done online, removing packages requires calling them. I had do this recently to remove cinema and multiscreen.0
