I gave up on trying to get the land owners details, the council are as much help as a chocolate fire guard. I’ve exhausted every channel bar the £3 land registry one, which I don’t feel the need to go for to be honest.I’ve just slightly amended coupon-mad’s response template to suit my case and submitted it.Firstly tried email to disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk but I had no auto response so thought I better be sure, so went on their site and used their customer portal.I haven’t used any of the other material they sent, the only response I’ve used is that of the email response as instructed.So now we’ll see how we get on! Overall though, more than happy to take this all the way.2

That's the right attitude. Despite writing defences galore and knowing everything there is to know about PPC scams & private parking law in general, I hadn't done any court cases until 5 years ago but decided I should.
So I attended a few to help people in Sussex and won them all. It was a life experience and stressful, high stakes adrenaline-rush 'fun'!
Then in 2020 I put myself forward to represent consumers on the Government Steering Group to help shape the new statutory Code of Practice. Got accepted for that too and I'm still heavily involved.
All good life experience.

Our claim is not exaggerated as proven at court numerous times and there is case law and contract law to support this.
Please note there is no additional £100.00. The PCN is for £100.00 and the debt recovery fees are £60.00. The fees we charge our clients for our services are subject to VAT. However, these are separate and distinct from contractual debt recovery costs recoverable by our client from the motorist.
The claim is for breach of contract.
We are unable to accept payment for the additional 20 minutes. The full balance remains outstanding.
