Vinted and Yodel missing parcel

I’d imagine that the QR code would just be a code to get the address of the person the items being shipped to. It gives people peace of mind that they’re address isn’t being given directly to the seller (and means that Vinted’s internal system sees when the parcel has been dropped off)

me too - sold an item on vinted (£22), buyer sent label with Yodel but she says that yodel picked up her old address from 2 years ago and it’s over 100 miles away so can’t collect. Yodel and vinted don’t want to know so I’m £22 out of pocket - what can I do? It’s very annoying and I never give up but vinted us a foreign platform……
