Anyone know what PIMS des AIL P T means?

Found a credit/refund on my account I wasn't expecting. Says its from PIMS des AIL PT. No idea what that is and Googling didn't really help. Does anyone know what this is? It's a TSB current account. Thanks in advance.

  • It doesn’t sound like a recognisable company. Plus, it’s quite common for situations like these to happen now. It’s best to get in-touch with TSB Fraud just to stop the possibility of your account being frozen, and let them deal with the payment. Just whatever you do, don’t spend the money, but you can continue using your account as normal

Wait a few days to see whether something to explain it arrives in the post. These days the money arriving first is the way these things often work.

How much is it for? Have you been abroad recently?

PIMS is an HSBC Premier Investment Management Service but you'd probably know if it was that.

Yeah, I don't have any investments and my bank is TSB, not HSBC.
