Debenhams credit card new points system

I tried to use my digital voucher but it didn't deduct any money. 
Debenhams told me via email that the vouchers are not valid on concession items so there are very few items you can buy online. 
This isn't mentioned on the credit card website so I'm not very happy.

I found that out this week too. Had to narrow down the brands to know what I could buy. However did get some bargains as what I bought was in the sale too

I still haven't got anywhere with this but have accrued enough points for another voucher. I'll look into it again.

They don't make it clear in their FAQs but you can only use the voucher if you also purchase a full priced item from their own Debenhams range (Go to filter - Brands - Debenhams) FYI there is not a wide selection that isn't in the sale. Then enter the voucher in the promo code box. It should then deduct the value of the voucher from all the items in your cart.

I have just managed to use mine, as the person above confirmed it has to be on debenham brands however I did try on a sale item and it worked!  You enter the reward voucher in the promo code.

I have tried to use mine on Debenhams brand full price and sale and still no luck! Anybody else tried & failed?

Wasted hours to spend my £20 voucher. Finally saw this thread - no concession items allowed. Tried filtering for 'debenhams' under brand, doesn't exist!! Can't find anything Debenhams own brand to buy, Voucher expires tomorrow - Scam (angry face emoji)!
