Debenhams credit card new points system

I've had a Debenhams credit card for quite a few years after a cashier in store suggested I get one to take advantage of the discount that was on offer at the time.

I still have the Debenhams credit card, and recently they've brought back points, which can be converted to a voucher to spend online at debenhams.com. I just can't work out how to spend the voucher online, has anyone managed to do this? 

I've emailed Debenhams, but they got confused and thought I was referring to a gift card bought before they went into administration. It seems like the person who responded to my email didn't read everything that I'd written when I sent in my query. I can't find a phone number to be able to speak to a person at Debenhams.

I phoned the number on the back of my credit card and the guy I spoke to had no idea, and said I needed to contact debenhams.com.

I'm not getting any further with being able to spend the digital voucher which expires in March.

If anyone has worked out how to do this I'd appreciate the help please.

Hi MorningcoffeeIV, thanks for your reply.

I have converted the points using the online account manager, and I have got a digital voucher, it's just when I go online to spend the voucher with debenhams.com it's not obvious where I enter the voucher code to get the discount. I have emailed Debenhams, and someone replied saying they don't accept vouchers. I now need to contact the credit card company to find out what's going on.

I'll let you know what happens.

Just had a look and when you go to checkout there is a box (first one top left) for promo code. Don't you just put it in there?

Given Debenhams is now just a name under the Sports Direct banner.

Hi Cashlearner, did you get this issue solved so you could spend your points? I’ve converted my points into a voucher and have also been unable to spend them. I copy and paste the code into the box on the checkout screen on the Debenhams website and it says accepted but it does not deduct anything from what I need to pay.

Does it have any qualifying criteria like you can't spend on sale items or anything with a discount code or a minimum spend? Check the Ts & Cs

I had the same thought as you so tried it on a full price item but had the same problem. It’s a mystery! Thanks for your reply.

Debenhams is owned by Boohoo, not Frasers (the parent company of Sports Direct, House of Fraser etc).
