Repairman broke my oven

    Because it was double Neff oven (worth about £1300), i thought it may just be a loose connection or something, so would be a cheap fix and worth doing it.

    I emailed them complaining and they refunded me. Thanks guys!

    sometimes paying more doesn't mean you get more, or good quality

    Obviously. What I’m saying is.. I recently moved into a house that has a beautiful kitchen with an expensive built in double Neff oven. I decided that it would make more sense to get a repairman around to fix an issue instead of ripping out the built in oven and replacing it with a £170 oven..

    yes, except you now have an expensive ornament. 
    You will have to replace it with… something that works - or risk another repairman and call out charge.
