Three disconnected my number no warning or reason

Hi received txt from Three yesterday saying my number has been disconnected.

I requested PAC few weeks ago but haven’t used it I have until end of this month.

I received no warning and cannot access account.

ive now put new sim in but am unable to port number which is frustrating as I’ve had number a long time and a lot of apps send txt code to authorise.

live chat keeps cutting out and phone says use website.

is this an unusual occurrence what are my rights may I be entitled to compensation I’ve lodged a complaint form on website.

iwas out of contract just rolling over until I was ready to switch.

    Have you tried using the pac? If it is still in date it should work.  What do your t&c's say about 3 ending your agreement.  Usually the only reason for immediate disconnection is suspected criminal activity. Were all your contact channels up to date? Could it be that you have missed some comunication from them?
  • It means the person you are calling either changed their phone number or didn't pay their bill and it was shut off.
