Transfer money from S&S ISA

My S&S ISA was with Fineco which is closing its UK business. I transferred it successfully to a UK-based provider but only the shares and funds transferred, leaving a smallish sum in the Fineco ISA which was a remnant of funding and dividend payments. Can this also be transferred to the new provider preserving its tax-free status? I had hoped it would be transferred with the shares and funds but that didn't happen for some reason.

That cash can be transferred too, so ask your new provider to do so, or complain that they didn't if you already specified that everything should be transferred.1

thanks, I've called them and they are sending an email request, apparently they are missing some kind of transfer completion statement as well.0
