    Not necessarily.

    The OP doesn't appear to have filed & served their own WS and evidence and (if I am right) is in breach of the hearing Order?

    Thanks for the Replies.

    Currently I still have over two weeks to Submit my WS so currently as it stands i'm not in breach of the HO.

    As they only have until this week to pay the hearing charges I will wait to see if they discontinue and go from there.

    Phew - thank goodness! Sorry I thought you were late. Expect contact with 'offers to settle' then a discontinuance.

    If they don't have your email address I'd send DCB Legal an email now suggesting your inevitable notice of discontinuance is due and why don't they just hurry up and move on to lower hanging fruit victims.  

    DCB Legal is a 'hornets nest' that you CAN safely prod, as they will give up.  Hopefully this week.

    Before I had chance to draft a reply their discontinuation was received by email.

    Guys I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your help and also with drafting my defence, It has been greatly appreciated!

    How these scumbags abuse the court system and are allowed to get away with it is beyond me. There should be a charge put in place from the start that allows them to even proceed with a claim.

    This forum has served as an absolute godsend in the fightback against these crooks!

    Can you upload a redacted photo-shot of the email please, then you'll have your case recorded in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread. Well done on not blinking first.
