    It's a bit blurry but it looks to have the POFA wording. Could do with the dates not being redacted though, to be sure.

    To give some further update to this.

    Court papers received dated 1st May with a view to a court hearing in June, Claimant has until this week at some point to pay the court trial fee of £27.

    Low and behold this morning i receive an email from DCB stating that they will settle for £100.

    Im going to politely decline and request my day in court. Am I correct to assume that £27 court fee will not be getting paid and this will be struck out?
