Co-Op refer-a-friend £125 offer. Ends 15/12/23

Seems that many are now looking for switching options who have exhausted all the available options. I don't qualify for Nationwide or FD having those previously.
The Co-Op offer is different as it's not a standard switching incentive that pays out once, but a referral scheme.
I have never had an account with Co-Op and wondering If I could either Switch to them/open an account, and then refer my O/H to qualify.

That is definitely possible to do, however you might also look to get yourself a referral as well from someone else.
Don't ask for/post referrals on the MSE forum, but plenty of other places such as reddit usually have people who are more than happy to share referral links with you.1 -
Thanks, I'll give this a go, as I'm out of options.PRAISETHESUN said:That is definitely possible to do, however you might also look to get yourself a referral as well from someone else.

I called coop today as my family members were switching/ starting it and they stated that as long as you start by the 15th December they are still eligible. Good luck!1

Glad I got mine sorted in plenty of time. Will stay longer with them than I did Barclays. Don't forget you have to use the debit card 5 times, easy to fall foul of that stipulation!1

Yes the 5 transactions! I did the 5 £1 Amazon credit transactions, I’d recommend that to anyone who joins. Overall their customer service is good - shame about no app support but their phone lines are relatively fast.Zopa_Trooper said:Glad I got mine sorted in plenty of time. I’d give them a call and quote your application number (from the email you would have had) and ask them for your account number and sort code but another way is if you have done a switch into Coop, contact one of your direct debits that should be switched into it and ask them for the account details that way, then fill in your referral form ASAP.rider22 said:
