  • Thanks. I’ll read it now. You’ve been really helpful
  • Ok so I’ve used the template and added the extra line about non compliance. Do I need to add to freeze time during appeal so I don’t have to pay £100 if I’m  unsuccessful

Non-PoFA worded.  No keeper liability (as already explained in the NEWBIES thread).

But there's no appeal worth a consumer trying. IPC Firms are best ignored these days.  There is no POPLA, if this is an IPC AOS firm.

IMHO, their Trade Body provides no fair or independent appeal service that consumer reviews and their own - now unavailable - archive Annual Reports suggest is worth trying.

Their bad.  Let them dig their holes.

They seem very good at it, from my perspective.  Ignore IPC AOS parking firms.

DO NOT PAY PCNs FROM IPC AOS FIRMS.
I don't understand the question. See above.

  • Does anyone have a copy of the Lottie Road parking terms and conditions sign - on the  photo I took the bottom is too small to read

Google pictures seem to be 2011 showing virtually no signage.  Bad reviews on various sites about the management and condition of this car park.

It's not needed because this is to be ignored.

Sorry to bump this thread but i have just recieved an ntk from manor parking. It appears to match exactly the one posted previously in this thread, except i think the person at Manor Parking cant afford to change the ink cartridge on their printer as most of the text is too faint to even read.

Would you advice still be to ignore as it is non pofa worded, and from an IPC AOS firm.

That is so faded that it might be worth appealing and taking to the IAS.

But you need your own thread.
