I haven't tried it so much recently. I did last time it was this bad have accupuncture which helped a lot. Actually the acupuncturist (who was a traditional herbal and chinese medical doctor) was the only doctor to work out what else was actually wrong with me. 10 months before the NHS - who only worked it out because I nearly died. I hadn't told the chinese Doctor many of my other symptoms or issues. I considered looking into accupuncture again, but it's a bit daunting for many reasons. I looked up pressure point massasge, and realised that many of those points are where I rub when I have a migraine - I will read more and try myself or think about the accupuncturist here.Makingabobor2 said:Hope your migraines ease soon @CoffeeSanata. Have you tried pressure point massage, it does help in a lot of cases.
Checking in with a PAD today of £40 OP to the mortgage
I do have preventative medication now which is definitely starting to help so may be getting back on track with some things.
PAD wise, I've made a few payments- small and some round ups.
Mostly to month ahead pots, and car insurance renewal pot. Just the regular monthly min. payments for all debts.
I am going to start regular declaring again this month, though the plan is mostly to keep getting a full month ahead with everything essential, then put extra to debt pay off.
PAD today = £163 to debt.
That's two minimum payments to credit cards.
Happy March and St David's Day everyone!
