Update MSE mobile tariff calculator to include annual increases.

Hi,
Please could you consider enhancing the mobile tariff calculator so it considers the extra costs of annual price increases?
As I understand, it should be possible to add the predicted cost based on an estimate of the CPI+%.
This would certainly help when sorting deals over total cost. It would also show benefits to paying more upfront to keep monthly costs down, or paying for the phone outright.
