Report Overcharging Issue with Lebara 3GB MSE Exclusive Monthly Plan
Apparently, there is a technical glitch in their system. So do check your payment history and make sure you are not overcharged. Hope they sort it out soon. It would be such a pain having to ring up every month to get a refund.

Yep, same thing is happening to me. First month of overcharging I got on live chat and they refunded the difference. It's happened again and they've taken £4.40. This is getting tedious.0

Thanks for the heads up, joining them after backing out of the voucher deal, it seems that we have people complaining not getting the £40 voucher and others complaining they got charged £40 for no legitimate reason.0

The other thing Lebara do is claim they haven't been able to take the payment (which means you lose the discount)
They are getting almost as bad as Lyca.0 -
I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same issue.
I purchased a 10GB MSE Exclusive Monthly Plan from Lebara, as advertised on the MSE website (thank you!), and it worked well the first month - but now they are charging me the full price, and are asking me to call them every month to get a refund.
They say they can't fix the issue because the offer is managed by MSE, but this doesn't make sense - I am paying Lebara, not Martin! Can anyone from the MSE team help me? Thanks a lot!

No one on the MSE team can help with a 3rd party company I think. If it's discounted for 7 months just call them and get it sorted.

Thanks! When I called them, Lebara actually said the opposite - that the "third party" is MSE, so they (Lebara) can't reinstate the promotion. They also sent me this email:
"Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your request for a refund related to the promotional offer of £1.75 for 7 months, please be informed that the promotional offer cannot be reinstated. However, if you believe you have been wrongly charged, you can contact us each month to request a refund."0 -
Ah! I am having the same issue with a discount code. I got the discount the first month, but they are now charging me full price
